All interior doors are 13/4" three panel molded solid core; All windows and French doors are Marvin brand, simulated divided light wood with low E glass; coffered ceiling in the family room.

Basement: R-21 Styrofoam; Exterior Walls: R-19 paper-faced batts; Attic ceilings: R-30 paper-faced batts; Sound control with R-13 unfaced batts is provided in the family room ceiling and the common walls to the master bedroom.

All walls are covered with 1/2" drywall, screwed, taped and finished with three coats of compound; 5/8" fire code drywall in accordance with building codes was used in the garage.
